Job Summary Energy Efficiency is one of the fastest growing businesses in the country. Due to recent NJ legislation, NJ utilities are being held accountable to reach challenging energy efficient targets. PSE&G has also taken a leading role in the state’s EV transition promoting the development of EV charging infrastructure across New Jersey. As such this position will be responsible for driving customer & contractor engagement in our energy efficiency and electric vehicle programs through sales and communication to meet program goals for enrollments and customer engagement. The program manager will be tasked with leading collaboration efforts among our program management team, implementation contractors, and key internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy that uses consultative sales to identify customer needs, challenges and goals and then develops customer-centric solutions. Ensure program sales strategy is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and are aligned and consistent with PSEG’s corporate strategy. Will work in coordination with, but not limited to, Corporate Communications, Business Customer Solutions, State Governmental Affairs (SGA), and Procurement.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the team of salespeople who are focused on partnering with customers, working consultatively to understand their needs, challenges and goals, and problem solving to develop solutions to achieve them in coordination with internal teams as well as implementation contractors.
- Develop and maintain sales team performance across the full sales lifecycle for energy efficiency and electric vehicle programs
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive program enrollment & customer engagement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead/supervise team of direct reports by creating and fostering a culture of integrity, diversity, teamwork, comfort speaking up, safety and wellness. Evaluate performance, perform career development, coaching and counseling for at least 5 direct reports.

Job Summary This position will lead the development and implementation of all customer-facing and vendor facing elements in support of PSE&G’s RES business solutions systems, including the CEF EE $1B program by delivering a 3-year, $33M portfolio of Energy Efficiency Information Systems and functionality. This position will also oversee modifications and development of new systems for Solar, Electric vehicles and Energy Storage and maintain a roadmap for EE, ES,EV customer/vendor-facing technologies, and manage a multi million dollar annual portfolio tied to that roadmap. This position supports Renewal Energy Solution’s program delivery through a combination of internal and external resources to deliver the business functionality. This position provides analytical and program implementation support for these programs. This includes working with third party vendors to deliver programs to market; the development, preparation and analysis of operational reports; development of procedures/process improvements; technical support and expertise to process owners. Lead program development strategy process by assessing other detailed offerings of related programs so that they can be incorporated into the business plan, through development and launch; and subsequent enhancements and offerings. Collaborates with other functional groups throughout the Company to ensure program offerings are delivered to market according to specifications and approved Company policies and procedures. Support the development, maintenance, data collection, analysis and preparation for weekly and monthly operational reports. Develop and maintain databases to support program operations. This position will play a leadership role in the development, recommendation and implementation of new procedures/process improvements, often via cross-functional teams. Drive efficiency and process improvement, utilizing leadership skills, data analysis and strong understanding of the business strategies.

Job Summary The Clean Energy Solutions department is responsible for the Clean Energy Future Program, which includes Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicle, Energy Storage and Solar. Investment and budget will be approximately $450 million dollars annually. The CEF programs are critical to the corporation in meeting its financial targets and ESG strategy and is a key area of focus for the NJ Governor. This position is responsible for overall support.
Position develops and maintains critical business partnerships with all areas of PSE&G, Human Resources, Legal, External Affairs, Procurement, Corporate Communications, and Risk. Additionally, coordinates and maintains CES’s external organization service levels in support of successful project execution and oversight. Responsibilities include the development and reaching agreement of Shared goals that are critical to RES department meeting its corporate objectives.
Functions within CES Operation Services, that will be managed for the entire department, include: CES Audit and SOX controls, Continuous Improvement, Business Solutions and Technology, Outreach Management including oversight of all Marketing activity. EM&V/Strategy coordination, and QA/QC & Performance Measurement. These support functions are for CEF-EE, EV, ES and Solar.

- Provide executive leadership and direction for CES Operation Services which include: CES Audit and SOX controls, Continuous Improvement, Business Solutions and Technology, Outreach Management including oversight of all marketing activity. EM&V, QA/QC & Performance Measurement. These support functions are for CEF-EE, EV, ES and Solar. Establish goals and implement operational plans for these departments consistent with the strategic plan of RES.
- Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and support for the planning and the operations of PSE&G's Clean Energy Jobs Program and to develop and track a MWVBE mentoring program. This position has extensive responsibilities outside of PSE&G which includes managing external program stakeholders from Federal, State and Local officials, community partners, and our suppliers. Also as part of the job’s Program, this position will establish and oversee the recruiting and pre-job placement of over 2,000 external candidates. Represent PSE&G on NJ's Workforce Development committee that is being formed by the BPU to oversee and guide the workforce developed plan for the state of NJ related to Energy Efficiency programs.
- Provide executive leadership and direction and be the primary point of contact for CES IT support and IT project delivery.

Role Summary Renew Home is looking for an Energy Regulatory Manager to join the team in advancing Renew Home’s regulatory goals in state policymaking venues.
This role will report to the Director of Market Innovation. The Energy Regulatory Manager will sit on the Market Development team, supporting our high integrity, data-driven engagements with energy policymakers in bringing residential VPP resources online to support lower costs, lower carbon, higher resiliency, and higher reliability in the electricity markets in which we operate and hope to operate.
This position will support our efforts in creating the market conditions for competitive and sustainable businesses in the provision of residential VPP services, and will work cross-functionally with the Business Development, Revenue and Sales teams.

- Build strong relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and peers to influence policy creation and design in several states, as assigned.
