SEDC Publishes Demand Response Action Plan for EuropeTuesday, August 6, 2013 The Smart Energy Demand Coalition (SEDC) has published a paper titled "A Demand Response Action Plan For Europe – Regulatory requirements and market models.” The purpose of the paper is to provide an overarching guide for market participants and policy makers as they gradually re-design the electricity market regulation in a way that accounts for the requirements of enabling Demand Response and other flexibility resources.
