Puget Sound Energy Demand Response RFPs - DRAFTS FILEDThursday, July 21, 2016 PSE filed draft RFPs for Commercial and Industrial Demand Response and Direct Load Control Programs with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) on June 15, 2016. They are available for review on the WUTC website and on PSE’s website. The public may submit comments to the WUTC within 60 days of the filing date. The RFPs may be revised or corrected prior to release if any errors or omissions are discovered. Based on the anticipated approval date, we expect to release the RFPs in September.
