PJM Releases White Paper: The Evolution of Demand Response in PJM Wholesale MarketsTuesday, October 7, 2014 (October 7) Today, PJM posted a proposed approach to demand response’s participation in PJM’s wholesale market in the future. The Evolution of Demand Response in the PJM Wholesale Market is a response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision last May saying that the FERC lacked jurisdiction to regulate demand response. A special briefing webinar will be held tomorrow, October 8 at 9 a.m. to discuss the key points of the paper.
