Leadership Appointments.  Laurie Duhan of Baltimore Gas and Electric has been appointed by the Executive Committee to replace Wendy Brummer of Pacific Gas and Electric Company who resigned. Michael Ohlsen of City of Tallahassee Utilities is the new PLMA Thought Leadership Group Co-Chair.
