Resideo Technologies is Seeking an Operations Specialist

Resideo Technologies is hiring for an operations specialist who would be responsible for directly interacting with customers for the purpose of supporting our vision and ensuring the customer can fully participate in our programs. They will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

The operations specialist will also assist in managing the flow of a workplace and optimizing day-to-day activities. They will track and analyze various reports for making the necessary improvements to our process.
