Job Description Are you a highly self-driven and motivated account manager focused on sales enablement across major partners? If so, we have an opportunity for you here at Copeland, focusing on serving our customers in the utility space. As a sales leader you will work to identify new opportunities for placement of our suite of HVACR solutions across the utility channel.

As a Utility Account Manager, YOU WILL:
- Lead existing utility partnerships including yearly planning and strategy.
- Identify new sales opportunities across the utility space at our key customers.
- Become an expert on our products, both hardware and software, to ensure the best experience for our customers and how they fit into their goals.
- Collaborate with our partners outside sales teams to ensure they are equipped to sell our solutions to meet the utility’s energy and sustainability goals.
- Exude confidence, project a professional image, and present an engaging personality when meeting with customers.
- Represent Copeland at customer facing and industry events.
- Report out on trends in the industry across your respective channel.
- Collaborate with inside sales and sales operations to maintain a database of leads and opportunities inside Salesforce CRM.
- Support new product launches and placement with our existing customers.
