This interactive course explores the key elements of demand response (DR) activities. This includes program development subjects such as: the market and regulatory environments; business drivers; market potential; program design; and economic analysis. Program implementation subjects will include the tactics and methodologies used to improve program success, including a discussion of: organizational and resourcing strategies; contracting; business processes; technology integration; and measurement & verification. Continuing Education These courses may qualify for AEE continuing education and may be accepted for other certifications as well. Supporting documentation can be provided upon request for your particular submission.

Course Materials Registrants will receive a link for downloading an electronic copies of the course presentation materials for reference purposes in advance. All registrants who successfully complete the course may request a PLMA Certificate of Completion.
